- 01 Quoted rates are for General / Stackable / Forklift-able cargo only.
- 02 Rates vary if cargo nature/specifications alter.
- 03 Space availability is subject to booking confirmation.
- 10 Payment in advance only unless a credit agreement exists with Anchor Global Freight.
- 28 AGF will not be responsible for damage to packaging/cargo at any stage. Always insure the cargo.
Operational Limits
Weight limit: 18 tons per container (unless specified).
4 hours free loading; SAR 200/hr after.
No hazardous/dangerous goods accepted.
Demurrage & Storage
5 days free storage at terminal.
SAR 50/- per day from 6th day.
No free storage for reefers.
General Disclaimer
Rates are on Port-to-Port basis only. Locals at both ends are not covered unless specified. All additional surcharges due to global congestion or trucker delays will be re-billed at outlay.
- Bill of Lading is "Seaway" only. Telex release is at cost.
- Loading/Unloading is Shipper/Consignee responsibility.
- Heavy weight surcharges apply if limitations are exceeded.
Note: SAL Invoiced / Bayan are raised under actual CNEE name for VAT filing purposes. Must be paid from CNEE end.
Free Time
3 hours free waiting at loading/unloading.
Customs Duty
On Consignee account; must be paid in advance.
Time Frame
Normal clearance: 3 working days.

CRITICAL NOTICE
AGF is not responsible for damage to cargo at any stage. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer. Quoted prices do NOT include Cargo Insurance. Customer indemnifies carrier against all claims.
Force Majeure
No liability for failures caused by Acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, floods, or unforeseen government regulations. Written notice will be provided of the cause.
