Free Time Limits
4 Hours / 5 Days
4h free loading/offloading on road transport; 5 days free storage at terminal for Sea Exports.
Payment & VAT
Advance / Bayan CNEE
Payment in advance unless credit agreement exists. SAL & Bayan raised under actual CNEE for VAT.
Detention & Cancel
SAR 500-600/Day
Dry truck detention SAR 500/day; Reefer SAR 600/day. 100% cancellation fee once truck arrives at site.
Cargo Insurance
Sole Client Scope
Quoted rates EXCLUDE cargo insurance. Client must arrange Cargo All Risks (CAR) coverage.
Key Highlights
Rates apply to General / Stackable / Forklift-able cargo only. Final billing depends on airline/vessel weighment and known shipper status.

- 04 All AWB/Bill of Lading are NON-NEGOTIABLE unless otherwise specified.
- 10 Payment in advance only, until customer enters credit agreement with Anchor Global Freight (AGF).
- 22 Includes normal X-ray scanning. If goods are not secured by X-RAY, tariffs for advance DIAGNOSYS Scanning apply.
- 26 All wooden packaging must be fumigated before departure as per ISPM 15 international standard.
Cargo Restrictions
- • Maximum 18 tons per container.
- • No Hazardous or Flammable Goods.
- • 4 hours free loading; SAR 200/hr after.
Storage & Demurrage
- • 5 days free storage at terminal.
- • Demurrage from 6th day: SAR 50/day.
- • No free storage for reefers.
- • Rates are Port-to-Port basis only. Locals at both ends are NOT covered.
- • Bill of Lading is Seaway only. Telex release at cost.
- • Cargo released only upon receipt of Original House BL or Telex Release.
- • Rates on Door-Port (EXW) basis based on given dimensions and weight.
- • Loading and Unloading is Shipper/Consignee responsibility.
- • Insurance not covered. Shipper must arrange CAR insurance.

Containers: 3-4 days
LCL: 7-8 days | Airport: 1-2 days
Free Waiting
3 hours free waiting at loading/unloading.
Payment Term
Full invoice within 10 days.
Free Time & Demurrage
• 4h loading free time | 16h border clearance.
• Demurrage: 3t/7t SAR 500/day | Trailer SAR 600/day | Reefer SAR 1000/day | Lowbed SAR 1500/day.
Cancellation Charges
• 3t/7t: SAR 500
• Flatbed: SAR 1000
• Lowbed: SAR 1500
• Payment must be made in advance.
• Customs re-evaluation fines on Sender/Receiver account.
• Equipment: 20' ISO Tank UN-Type T11 (IMO 1), 24,000 - 25,000L capacity.
• Indicative replacement value: USD 25,000 per tank for damage/loss.
• Cleaning charges per SDS up to USD 500 (max 20L residual).

MANDATORY CARGO INSURANCE
Customer is solely responsible for acquiring Cargo Insurance. Quoted prices do NOT include Cargo Insurance. AGF is not liable for claims or damages.
• Cargo MUST be properly Palletized & "MADE IN [Country]" printed on commodity.
• Consignee must maintain valid import/export CR.
